Update on Henin

After closer examination, they discovered that Justine Henin broke her little finger on her left hand.

She's hoping to play Montreal, she will definitly not play in San Diego, but return to Belgium for a little break.

She broke her finger when she slipped while returning a serve. She put one hand on the ground but stepped on her little finger. It sounds rather comic but it happened to me too once and it's very painful. And I didn't even break my finger...

Um, no.

Justine was actually serving in that game.

She hurt herself after hitting an amazingly angled shot that Marissa somehow scooped and popped DTL for a winner. Justine hurt herself trying to reach this shot.

It's such a shame. Out of all the matches I saw at the tournament, this one was the best. Two players playing fantastic at the same time.

I browse once in a while.
