What would happen if...

Two players who would play in the finals the next day both withdraw before the match begins who would be the winner??

And when a tournament switches dates are the points the players earned the previous year taken off the same week as the original date or the date of the new week???

No-one would be the winner. They would both receive finalist points and finalist prize money.

I think it's on the same week as the original date. I know it sounds weird. It means there's a possibility that you could have the same tourney count twice on your ranking.

so it would count for two tourneys until the original date of the tournament passes by???

if points expire on original dates, then their only taking off casablanca points next week??If this is true then this falls gonna be really screwed up because whoever did well in the Tour Championships are gonna lose points a week earlier!!!So be careful serena and ESPECIALLY LINDSAY, if she doesnt do well in the rest of her tournaments...

Well, about the withdrawal question, I don't think there would ever be two withdrawals. I state this because as soon as one person withdraws, the other player is probably contacted about the withdrawal. After learning of the withdrawal, they wouldn't then withdraw!!
