Poor Tiger. Had he played better in the first two days then maybe he would have a chance still but today's conditions were HORRENDOUS and some players did get their rounds in earlier before the conditions deteriorated. So the weather did affect him a great deal.

Not sure why this is in GM but but not too cuz he came back and shot a great round today plus he's got those masters and u.s open trophies to comfort him when he gets home
