Are you talking about movement around the court or just speed?

Because Clijsters slides, Dokic doesn't and thus Jelena has to take 2-3 extra steps when making a wide run, and Hingis anticipates better than Dokic.

If you put them in a race, it'd be much closer I expect.

What! Justine is very fast! I think Kim slides and stretches well but I am not sure she is as fast as Justine especially not moving forward. Hingis and Henin both can move FORWARD and take small steps quickly. Clijsters is pretty fast laterally but does not always change directions so quickly. Dokic does not seem all that fast to me but certainly not slow.

I am always worried for Hingis' movement on the court .Because when she could mot move well on the court ,surely William sisters'd blow her off the court immediately .

HINGIS...........FOREVER......

I'm still unsure as to who is fastest out of Clijsters or Henin - I think Clijsters LOOKS fastest but I don't know if that's cos her athleticism and flexibility MAKES her look faster. But I would put them in the top two before 3. Hingis and 4. Dokic.

I don't know who the fastest is but 3 of those 4 players are very misleading with their speed.

Martina seems faster than she is because of her anticipation, she starts running before most players do.

Justine seems faster also because of anticipation and because she hits one-handed, so, she doesn't need the extra step.

Kim seems faster because she slides, even on hardcourts.

So, I don't really know.
