Talking Corina continues strong singles play!!!

Corina continued her streak of singles victories in team tennis tonight when she defeated Huber 5-1. This brings her to 2-0 in singles competition beating Coetzer yesterday 5-0. Great Job Corina!!!! And here's to a great comback!!!

I think the players are showing sympathy to her and not doing their best.. hope I can see one of her match

"I told her, `You don't want to get into a hitting battle with Sharapova, because it would be uneven for Sharapova, because Sharapova only has one good side and that's her backhand,"'. "`You don't want to get into that for the simple reason you would win. So try to hit some balls to her strong side, to her backhand, and that would help you with your match for tomorrow

perhaps... but players (especially amanda coetzer) would have too much pride to win 0 (or even just one) one game even if they DO have sympathy... i think corina deserves all the credit in the world keep it up!!

That is a really really awful way to look at things

Did it occur to you that perhaps Corina is just a very good player?

Wow! Corina defeated Coetzer 5-0? Pretty impressive, even though Amanda seems to be winding down
