What is your source... last information which i have about this match is O'Brien vs. Yakimova 6-3 3-6 0-1 ????

and I'm not even fan of Ana Ivanovic... just an objective observer who realize how perfect she is

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)

ah ok Congrats Katie. Seems like a bit of a renaissance is starting to happen for British womens' tennis at the moment.

BTW... is anybody know how many carrier pigeons use Tashkent tournament (instead internet) to send information about this event? I think not enough.

Ever since the US Open British tennis has been a complete "holy ****"-zone. The girls are actually winning matches on tour away from home. If anything that highlights just how appalling British tennis has been over the last 15 years that we get two girls in quarterfinals in a couple of weeks and they're truly shocking results.

Are you a raving mental case with awesome groundstrokes? I'll probably like you...
Hantuchova : Goerges : Johansson : Rybarikova : Li

Learning to love/Liking the look of...
Zakopalova : Lucic : Krajicek : Cetkovska : Cibulkova
Gajdosova : Govortsova : Olaru : Robson : Pliskova

Weird goings on in British women's tennis at the moment. If it gets any stranger we might soon see one (or maybe even two or *gasp!!!* three) British women in the top 100. It does seem a crazy thought and yeah, three is rather farfetched but something is afoot.
