Career Prize Money

http://www.sonyericssonwtatour.com/3...rize_money.pdf

Lindsay is just $130,486 behind Steffi in the career prize money list .

Right now, Lindsay has 17,560, if she wins she gets 32,340 for Bali. If she wins Beijing, she gets 95,500... So, should could concievably get within $5,000 of taking over first

I used to list my favorite tennis players here...
...then they all retired.
I used to keep track of my rankings in fantasy games here...
...then I realized how much I suck.
I used to update this signature, once in a while...
...then I realized no one actually reads it.

Re: Career Prize Money

should be noted that even since 1999 there have been major increasments in prize money, and that Lindz also had a nice share of bonus pools i my memory serves correctly.
and let's not forget lindz played doubles much more than Graf.

still - it mostly an achievment for women's tennis, and that's a great sign.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

Re: Career Prize Money

Another premature thread.
First, Bartoli in Top-10, afterwards Jankovic is No.2, now this.

$130,000 is nothing, it's premature yes, but it's going to happen... and until then I'll be cheering for her to do it
