Venus undefeated in California Jr. play?

I have a friend who has a sister in law who says she beat Venus as a jr in California regional play. Now, I heard that Venus was undefeated as a California jr.-- is that the truth?

Venus: US Open Champ (2000, 2001) Wimbledon Champ (2000, 2001, 2005, 2007)

According to USTA Southern California, Venus Williams' won-loss record in Juniors competition was 68-0.

Venus and Serena did play Juniors, but Richard pulled them out because, more often than not, the father of their defeated opponent would yell stuff like, "You let that n***** beat you?"
