Don't get me wrong, I love her, she's my fave WTA player right now. And we all know she's talented, but she's played twice as many tournaments this year than a lot of her rivals, and I don't completely understand how the ranking system works. So, would she be #3 if she'd only played 15 or so tournaments instead of 28?

Hehe, I can see that! Do you think it's just because of her bad form a few seasons ago that she wass used to playing a lot to get practice in?

I think she likes to play a lot, it's how it works for her and she has the ability to do it so why not.She thought this year was perfect to get a high ranking because she had nothing to defend and it was not a bad idea. It's just that playing a lot like this has consequences and she should concentrate on the biggest tournies and try to peak at slams instead of in some T3.

Uhm, she plays a consistant year with consistant good results, except in 3 or 4 tournaments she always came in QF when I know right. So probably yes.
