Angelique Widjaja and Wynne Prakusya

I saw their names in the dobules draw for the Bali doubles tournament. I thought they were retired, will they also make a return to singles.

also what happened to Yayuk Basuki?

Good Luck Angie. I think Angie has been training to return on tour when she feels she is fit to do so.

Yayuk Basuki retired along time ago I think.
I remember a thread last year when she mentioned that would have liked to have seen Karatantchevas birth cetificate or something

Yayuk owns a tennis school that she manages with her husband (her coach whom she won an Asian Games gold medal with) together with her sister and brother inlaws in Jakarta.

She had a baby back in 99, and came back to play singles in 2000, where she reached 3R of Wimbledon, lost to Capriati 6-7(4) 0-6

Her last singles tournament was Pattaya 00, where she reached 2R, lost to Ostrovskaya.

She won her last Doubles title in Dubai with Vis in 01, and played her last professional tournament in a 10,000k tournie with her pupil Diana Julianto in 04
