Thursday, CBS lead analyst Mary Carillo seemed to rain on the Williams sisters' legacy, feeling they have not lived up to their potential for greatness. Carillo said she thought the Williams sisters would "dominate for 10 years, that they would change tennis history."
The timing was odd, considering the sisters have won two of the previous three Slams - Venus taking Wimbledon, Serena the Australian Open.
Serena could only roll her eyes. "Well, I think I have had a little more effect on tennis history than [Carillo] has," she said. "I'm pretty excited about that."
The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
