10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHE MAY NOT BE THE QUEEN OF WIMBLEDON BUT SHE IS STILL THE UNITED STATES OPEN CHAMPION!!!!!!

"I told her, `You don't want to get into a hitting battle with Sharapova, because it would be uneven for Sharapova, because Sharapova only has one good side and that's her backhand,"'. "`You don't want to get into that for the simple reason you would win. So try to hit some balls to her strong side, to her backhand, and that would help you with your match for tomorrow

Sir Richard Williams

1st SERVE- 10 Power & Placement
2nd SERVE- 7 Worst of the 'big babes'

FOREHAND- 8 Powerful, topspin, but makes errors. Not as bad as everyone says it is.
BACKHAND- 9 She has the down-the-liner down to a science.
ANGLES- 7 Plays more down the lines than crosscourt, unlike her sister.
PLACEMENT- 8 Nice down-the-line placement and serve placement, again.
TECHNIQUE- 6 A technical mess. She can thank her coach for that...imagine what she would be like with perfect "form" on her shots.
SHOT MAKING ABILITY- 9 "Did she just hit a winner from THERE?"

COURT AWARENESS- 8 Always has three strategies, but slight points off for not always taking advantage of a weakness.

COURT FINESSE- 5 Her weak point. Maybe a dropshot here and there, but that slice is ugly.
ANTICIPATION- 7 Average. Gets wrong-footed sometimes

FOOTWORK- 7 See above
COURT MOVEMENT- 8 Fast most of the time, sometimes sluggish or guess wrong
QUICKNESS- 10 Best with Serena
COURT COVERAGE- 10 See above
OFF THE MARK- 8 Long legs and arms get in the way

NET PLAY- 9 Most of the time she is just punishing weak balls at net, so her net play is good I guess
VOLLEYS- 8 Punishes high floaters, very improved, nice drop volley and reach, struggles though with low ones

MENTAL TOUGHNESS- 10 Ice Queen
FOCUS- 10 See above

AVERAGE: 8.2

So far, Hingis & Serena are at 8.25, Venus at 8.2

HUGE differences!

Well I think Venus has the best game on the tour. She is also the toughest mentally. I also think. like their former hitting coach, that Venus finds it hard to go all out with her sister.
Plus, Serena needs to shine this year remember those Puma contract.

Second Serve: 5 With all her abilities, whats up with that second serve?

In every other department she is beyond reproach, although she could improve her net play and the forehand
