Cohen Aloro is not exactly young, but Cornet, Fedossova, Parmentier and Johansson are all pretty young and have been improving this year.
Who can take it further?

By the way, Pavlovic was a promising talent but she's about #250 and I kinda lost hope! Same goes for Radovanovic... I do believe in Violette Huck though.

Dodin - Andrianjafitrimo - Kuznetsova - Kvitova - Rezai - Razzano - Mladenovic - Osaka - Cornet - Garcia - Hesse

I would say Cornet and Fedossova if she gets mentally stronger.

Cornet is obviously the best player from your list. No doubt that she is top 100 worthy. She is still improving and I have no problems imagining her in the top 30 in the next years.
Fedossova has her place in the low top 100 if she stays consistent. She is not devoid of talent, she only needs to put everything together. She is prone to have a Poutchkova or Bardina-like year if she finally has her breakthrough though.
Parmentier & Johansson are better than I thought, it would be nice to have them in the top 100 so as to give WCs to other players at the French Open .
As regards Violette, I have been very impressed seeing her match against Mattek, but she has not confirmed yet. She should reach the top 200 before the end of the year. Who knows what may happen next ?

Nathalie Mohn is currently the young French player to watch. She is 15 & has just won her first 10.000$. She will come close to the top 600 next week. She is apparently not the biggest talent otherwise she would have more success in juniors, yet she is having an excellent year with a win over Larcher de Brito for example. I have to mention that she has a one-handed backhand which is kind of rare these days.
