I'd like to have seen Bartoli win the Final but Venus Williams is playing at a physicality unlike anything we've ever seen in tennis. She would beat Henin too in the Final if they met and most likely in straight sets. That is how good Venus is playing right now. Serena wouldn't beat her either. Serena has been more consistent in her career but when Venus is playing her best on grass she is the better player.

I hope you´re right. I feel that Venus is playing the best tennis at this Championship as well since the fourth round and should win. But the circumstances in a slam final are always different. She was very nervous against Davenport in the 2005 final but still won the big points.

Venus, just like Serena can become a real monster if they feel a weak opponent in front of them, but just as well they can be kept pretty low by a player with some authority.
Ivanovic managed somehow to turn Venus a bit lower by learning to return her powerful serve in the 2nd set(although a bit late for her, given that she was scared too).
