The most mentally tough my ass
Q. Do you think you might put too much pressure on yourself to win here?
JUSTINE HENIN: Well, I'm not quite sure it's that. I mean, I had the control of the match in the first set, and then the match slowly but surely started to change a little bit.
I'm not quite sure it's a question of pressure about winning here. You know, I lost a lot of energy in the last few weeks. I played a lot. My match against Serena also has been very tough mentally, emotionally. It was hard for me to be at my best today. It's the kind of things that can happen. I'll have other chances in the future. I don't make it an obsession. I'm disappointed because I lost a Grand Slam semifinal. It's been normal to have these feelings now.
I'm sorry but I just don't get how she is referred to as the most mentally tough player on tour. What happened? Did her reserve of mental toughness get depleted in her win over Serena? She had a day to rest, whereas certain other players have been playing consecutive days. Whatever!! And the rest of the interview? SHUT IT UP...ZIP IT....AND THROW IT AWAY from the same fans who bash Serena and Venus for always making excuses. Clear cut example here.
