It's one of the shortcomings of the English language. Spelling it's hard. - I used to watch these movies where they had "spelling bee" competitions and think anglo-saxon people must be very silly ... spelling in Spanish is so simple! . Then I started studying English and realised it was hard to spell in English. Just because you know how a word sounds you needn't know how to spell it, and just because you know how to spell it, doesn't necessarily mean you can sound it out correctly!

Spanish shall soon overtake English as the world language! *evil laughter*
