Will you start watching tennis again after the Williams Sisters retire?

This poll is just for those who find the power game so distressing they're giving up watching tennis, or at least finals with the Williams in them.

Are you going to start watching again once they retire? Or have they soured you on the sport altogether?

InSaNiTy That may be true, but this particular thread shouldn't annoy anybody. You have to admit a lot of people have said they won't watch the Williamses and that women's tennis has been ruined by the power game. Is it wrong to ask these people what they intend to do in the future? I'm not criticizing their choice in any way.

I still watch tennis and will continue to no matter who's on top. I just don't watch Williams vs. Williams finals. They play great against everyone else, but not against each other, for whatever reason. I hope they can play against each other like they did against Juju and Momo, then maybe I'll watch them in a final.

OF COURSE!!! I love the sport of tennis, I love to play it. When Venus retires i'll find a new "favorite" or someone ill root for. BUT it probably won't be the same kind of stress I get in Venu's matches where im shaking and nervous all the time.

Venus ~ Serena ~ Nadal

You're right Volcana. I'm still waiting for Chanda/Anna to play Venus/Serena in doubles, it should be interesting.

that doubles semi was a lot of fun! anna and chanda make a great team and should stay together even when martina comes back. martina will need to focus on singles anyway cause she is way better than 8 in the world.

I'm not going to watch the Williams sisters trounce the draw, and then watch one trounce the other. I still watch women's tennis though -- and in a month, those classic Lindsay-Martina matches will be back! Yea! Bring out the popcorn....
