This comment just wont cut it

Kims Diary
After that fantastic goodbye in Antwerp and the many beautiful letters you wrote, I have found theenergy again to start training before heading for Miami tomorrow.

This is pissing me off she is acting so innicently and making it out that she is doing nothing wrong pulling out of roland garros basically means i couldnt give a flying fuck anymore about tennis, and skipping indian wells just out of nowhere.I think it's safe to say Kim does not give a fuck anymore about tennis. What wasted talent.Ah well thats the way it goes,Kim these innicent comments just wont do the job your making hard work of your farewell year pissing off fans who spend good money to see you and you end up putting in no effort or pulling out.I used too have loads of respect for you but not anymore.Francesca Schiavone says ''shes making such a big deal of her last year on the tour, its all a big publicity stunt, attention seeker.''

Anastasia Myskina

Please return your truly missed by us all

I agree 100%-- Perhaps it all came too easy for Kim. She will regret it in 2/3 years once it hits her that married life (especially to a pro athlete, and basketball player at that) is not all it's cracked up to be.

Also, did Schiavone really say that?

I guess we'll see in Miami how motivated she is.

It's a hard concept to grasp for some people.

Re: This comment just wont cut it

i love kim, but it's true, i hate this type of retirement, with the huge production and everything, i just wish she's be motivated or stop playing, she seems committed to play wimbledon, it's the one thing she's been sure of playing for awhile, so hopefully she'll really put it together to win there somehow

It will always be Arantxa, hall of famer! and martina hingis and kim clijsters - amazing legends
ana ivanovic and the italian girls, especially pennetta (forza azzurre! RG CHAMP FRANCESCA AND FINALIST SARA!)
aga, vika, sam, na in the next tier
NEVER say "I don't care who wins, I just want good tennis"

Okay... what huge production? I think if was such an attention whore people say she is, she'd want to play more tournaments.

Yes, of course, we need another thread on this.

Don't hate on her because you haven't
got what she has! So bitter!

Get off her behind and worry about
your own self!

I know the last time she actually seemed to care to win a competitive match was back in the sydney semis and finals.

Hoping to see great tennis from Lindsay Davenport, Monica Seles, Mary Pierce, Amelie Mauresmo, Elena Dementieva, Jelena Jankovic and Ana Ivanovic. Venus's backhand rocks!!!!!!!!!

Re: This comment just wont cut it

with all due respect to Schiavone ;she shouldn't say shit about Clijsters retiring.
Even if as a fan,I hate seeing Clijsters retire at such a young age and will miss her;I try to respect her choices and her decision to retire
When it comes down to Schiavone, she should just shut the hell up about Clijsters and a supposed publicity stunt.Schiavone whose almost27 years old and hasn't won a frigging title has some neves to yap about another player winner of 34 titles
Clijsters has been winning titles since she was 16 since 1999 same can't be said about Francesca at her age
Clijsters is a grand slam champion and 3x finalist and 2x YEC champion
Schiavone should be content and feel lucky she and team Italy got away with a fed cup title because we all know that either a healthy team France(missing Pierce);Russia and Belgium(Henin and her knee and Clijsters and her wrist) would have won and not Italy

The media Is wrong. Trump receives daily briefings on national security. It just happens to be from the KGB

Not weird, it was pitiful and pathetic. I love Kim but that fire she had in 2005 just simply faded away. I loved that entire month of march, she was almost unbeatable and she really wanted to be playing competitive tennis on a big stage. Whatever happened? Then again it really is her life and she knows what matters most to her at this point in her life.
