which player would you choose as your coach?

hello there to everyone!!!
so, if you had the chance to pick up a player and make her your coach, who would be that?
personally, I'd choose Justine because she has the best technique out there in my opinion and also a great variety in the game.

JUSTINE HENIN

Re: which player would you choose as your coach?

I'd choose Mary. She knows the WTA circuit so well, she's been through so much that she can guide wisely! And she learned, going from a huge hitter to a wise player, how to build a point, with the years. When you hear her speaking about the other players game, she is so accurate! And she loves tennis, she wouldn't do anything wrong for my career and my love of the game!
So I would not hesitate for one second!

Cara Black - Liezel Huber - Mary Pierce

Chanelle Scheepers - Abigail Spears - Vladka Uhlirova - Mervana Jugic-Salkic - Francesca Schiavone -Tsvetana Pironkova - Lisa Raymond - Sophie Lefčvre...

Definitely Juju because she's smart, nice, competitive, and strong. Basically, she's a great champion and we have similar childhoods and she inspires me every single day, win or lose.

Plus I like her way of thinking and her replies in press conferences are off the hook!

Probably Lisa Raymond. I think she'd give really good advice.

Sugiyama, Tu, Morigami, Srebotnik, Rubin, Pironkova, Chan, Razzano

hmm, i dont know thats hard... i mean hingis is surely a good player and knows her stuff. but could she be a good mentor and could i ask her things expecting a precise personalized answer? i dont think you could expect that from juju either.

maybe momo... cause she's so down to earth... :-)

i would choose serena because she coached venus to a final at wimbledon, venus told the media that it was serena who gave her the pointers to beat pova and lindsay, she knows how to win against all odds ,she is a confident person who can read a player's game quickly.

Re: which player would you choose as your coach?

Definitely Martina Navratilova. She kept adding to her game up to the very end. And anyone who could still be playing professional tennis at age 49 has got to know what she's doing.

Also, she enjoys passing on her tennis knowledge to others. Not every great player is going to have that interest, or even that ability.

Serena or Venus!

Hingis...even though she isn't the strongest, she knows how to play the game

"To watch Graf on a tennis court in her most exalted of moments was to watch a Buddha in meditation. She was one with her work, and together they were one with the world."- Steffi Graf

" I don't think I should be underestimated. "- Lindsay Davenport

“She reminds me a bit of myself, how she’s fearless.”-Martina Hingis on Maria Sharapova
