Good news for Mauresmo?

Obviously being ill isn't what I'd wish on Mauresmo, but maybe, just perhaps, there could be a silver lining in this.

When she gets back to tennis she'll hopefully be focused on the one even she really wants to win anyway-Roland Garros.

This means no adjusting from hard courts and green clay back to red clay, and she should be fresh come late May.

Re: Good news for Mauresmo?

to be honest it would not shock me at all if this was tactical. I suspect everything is going into at least going deep at Roland Garros this year.

Nevermind being fresher physically, now if Momo could get her mental demons out of the way, when it comes to RG....

She certainly has the game to win it.

I'm sure Mauresmo would prefer to be playing Miami, Amelia Island and Charleston...

In the period from January to April 2006 Dr. Skalny sent very detailed messages to Ms Sharapova [...]: “Mildronate 1-2 X 10, repeat in 2 wks (before training or competition)”; “1 hr before competition, 2 pills of Mildronate”; “During games of special importance, you can increase your Mildronate dose to 3-4 pills (1 hr before the match). However, it is necessary to consult me on all these matters (please call)”; “30 minutes prior to a training session: Mildronat – 1 Capsule. 30-45 minutes prior to a tournament Mildronat 2 capsules”.

Re: Good news for Mauresmo?

How cunning of Amelie! She is probably inventing the whole charade, paying off a doctor to remove her perfectly healthy appendix. How brilliantly sinister!

Well yes, but they do cut them out sometimes. That would leave a scar, not?
