Serena's...

Does anybody else notice that Serena can be up 0-40 or 40-15 or something and still lose the game. It seems like she has been doing that alot ever since she returned last summer. I think that she plays those points to timidly now.... just an observation.

I hope she'll stop playing tentatively after she gets some tournaments under her belt and becomes "match fit". God knows she has the skills, it's just a confidence and practice issue IMO.

Loss of confidence and match play, maybe.
Unfortunately, she can only build that up with sustain matches overtime.
At this point, it is impossible to predict whether or not her knee can take a regular schedule of competition or is she has the desire to do so.
