should JANKOVIC wins Sydney, she will be TOP 10

at the moment she is behind Safina (#10) and Vaidisova (#11)

wins over Vaidisova at SF and Clijsters/Li at the finals will take her into TOP 10 Ranking by next monday! anything is possible

I think she'll lose to Kim in Sydney but she'll be top 10 after the AO for sure.

ANASTASIA MYSKINA ROLAND GARROS CHAMPION 2004
....losing only 14 games in the second week against V.Williams, Capriati and Dementieva

VALENTINO ROSSI - 9 TIMES WORLD CHAMPION - 106 WINS
KIMI RAIKKONEN - F1 WORLD CHAMPION 2007 - 20 WINS

If she wins sydney, I could totally see her having a letdown at the AO (after winning 2 events in a row)

I think she will do it.
I also think that some people forget that players get a day off in slams and usually that's a definate at the Australian Open with the roofs.
When I see the draw then people can start to guess where Jankovic will lose.

Until then can't we all just be happy for the girl.

I so don't like Jelena, sorry for that. But all credist for her for the great run she's been having, and she does indeed deserve a top 10 placing at the moment. But Nikki would deserve it too, imHo, so may the best one win tonight.

Either way, it'll be 2 exciting semi finals AND a thrilling final Hope all 4 of them won't be too tired at the start of the AO.

I'm all alone with my delusions

Re: should JANKOVIC wins Sydney, she will be TOP 10

I don't necessarily think AO is more important in this case.

A Tier II title would be great news for Jelena. I mean she either has to think - which is more important? QF of a major or A Tier 2 title. I say go for the hardware.

Мари́я Ю́рьевна Шара́пова , Јелена Јанковић, Venus Williams.
