Also:

And that's what it boiled down too. Even Bammer knows Serena was struggling with fitness. All Serena needs to do is work on the aspect of her game and she will be fine.

Congrats Bammer, keep improving Rena!

Serena blew a set and a break leadshe still doesn't seems fit enough and players need to be fit for the OZ Open cause the rallies tend to be longer there

I really want Hingis to draw Serena in the 1st or 2nd round of the AO. Get that head-to-head even, giiiiirl!

It's not an upset if you see the state Serena is today.. She's playing with no matches under her belt.. Only a few.. While Bammer has constantly playing on tour? Are y'all stupid to not recognize this??

You guys say Serena should have won this, cause she's a better player, and won a lot of stuff.. But she doesn't have rythym, and she's not at her best form. Give her time, and she'll show all of you what she capable of..

And she should NOT pull of out Aus Open.. SHE NEEDS TO PLAY MATCHES...

If a player have to pull out of a tournament everytime he or she loses to a player below their level, then there will be no tournament tomorrow

serena
townsend × rezaï × lisicki × vesnina
keys × mladenovic × siniakova × jankovic

Björk
Imperious in victory. Never conceiving the possibility of defeat. The greatest of her era. The self-belief, that smile, backhand, muscles, serve, personality, all larger than life. There's no greater sight in women's tennis than watching Serena J. Williams go to work.
The others are Great, but Serena's the Greatest

not surprised, but sad...although if she keeps playing, she won't have many more losses like these...or losses period

Career Grand Slam in your 20s? Been there done that. Career golden slam your 30s?
There's only 1.
Serena.
