How do u fix the sound on a video if it is a little behind?

Record the whole vid onto digital media and then adjust to sound's time-track on your pc, then record it back onto your video.

Shouldn't this be in the non-tennis section?

Use a video editing program to separate the audio from the video. Then synchronize the audio and video by either delaying the start of the video if the picture is ahead of the sound, or delaying the start of the audio if it is ahead of the picture.
