Re: irish national indoor tennis championships

Well if you are an american, u should have heard of Emma Murphy, one of the rising stars of Irish tennis. Emma played college tennis with the University of San Diego for the last 4 years, she was as high as 19 in the college rankings, she is currently ranked at 860 in the world after ONLY 3 tournaments, which isnt bad. I wouldnt be surprised to see Emma in the top 300 at the end of 2007. More importantly Emma is being coached by Patricia Tarabini, a former doubles partner of Conchita Martinez, and Murphy recently played in the 50,000 dollar event in San Diego and BEAT TIFFANY DABEK ( USA ) in her debut 50,000 dollar event. Emma Murphy is definitely a name to watch for!
