There are many countries that has great players but no tournaments...

There's only one South American tournament? Correct?

They should get some more. A lot of good players come out of Argentina.

Hawaii They already have a couple ITFs there. Maybe someday they will hold a tier 3 or tier 2

I remember Hawaii once held the Big Island Championships and Sandrine Testud and Cara Black were previous champions.

Chicago. Such a big city not having a WTA tournament anymore makes me sad. (plus, it'd be nice to able to go to one that's so close )

the men have loads of tournaments in south america, so why not the women as well.
also london needs another tournament
