In 2007, would you prefer your fave to have a full, consistent year..... or one standout result which is far above all their previous achievements?

Re: In 2007, would you prefer your fave to have...

good question.

for elena, one standout result...like winning two grand slams. i don't care if she loses 1r in every other tournament.

for serena, a consistent year.

ROCK ON:
elena dementieva, serena williams, caroline wozniacki, ana ivanovic
david nalbandian, rafael nadal, andy murray, gael monfils, jo-wilfried tsonga

If you mean winning a major or making the YEC, I'd rather they win a major.
2 majors or #1, I'd take 2 majors.
1 major or #1, either is great.

For Vee, I'd prefer a great result rather than consistency, (ie - 2005 over 2004) unless the consistency is winning slams.

Pennetta, a consistant year.

Nicole- both, a consistantly outstanding year

Klara- probably a consistant year ( an outstanding result would be nice to make a name for herself)

Jelena- definately a consistant year

Daniela- either is fine

NICOLE VAIDISOVA

Dokic - Hantuchova - Zakopalova - Minella - Szavay - Bammer - Safarova
Stanciute - Panova - Gubacsi - Cibulkova - Cirstea - Hofmanova - Cetkovska

Dokic - no brainer, consistency

Hingis - an outstanding result, win Roland Garros!

And if your life were gold, how long do you think you'd stay living?

Lindsay's had enough consistent seasons, one great result (A Slam) would be my choice

Ivanovic * Kvitova * Serena

That was my first thought too. But then again I'm selfish when it comes to her, I want it all!

I'd really like Daniela to have a consistent year for once.

But I really hope she can have an outstanding performance that gets her, her 2nd singles title.

Tough question.

Daniela: Break out performance.
Caroline: Consistency.
Nicole: Consistently good.

Re: In 2007, would you prefer your fave to have...

For me...

Justine - Tough choice. An outstanding result would be winning the Wimbledon to complete the Grand Slam, but consistency might retain her #1 ranking, and might even win 1-3 Slams. I think I'll choose... CONSISTENCY

Maria - Easy for me. It's consistency.

Amelie - It's outstanding result for her - winning the French Open (it's her home conuntry after all).

Daniela - Another easy one. It's definately consistency.

Kim - Her swansong year. I think outstanding result would be best for her - get another Slam or 2 before she retires.

Martina - The 2nd year is the most important for her - it would determine whether she should have stayed retired, or it is a good decision for her to come back. I take consisteny here.

Your sig picture exceeds the 200 pixel height limit.

Australian Open 2010 Final Result:-
Lost to Serena Williams 4-6, 6-3, 2-6 (Great job, girl! Now prepare for FO!)

Re: In 2007, would you prefer your fave to have...

I would like they could be oustandlingly consistent

I would like Iveta to get back in top 40, a 1/16 in a GS would be a-w-e-s-om-e
Danka should be in some 1/4 in GS

Re: In 2007, would you prefer your fave to have...

for patty and nadia, i want them to have a standout performance. they've both had enough consistent years.

for peng, i want her to have a good, consistent year. that's not too much to ask, right?

2016 Titles:
Tennis Tipping: (S) ITF Toronto | (D) Dalian (w/ Nottheone), ITF Bendigo (w/ Randy)
Suicide: Strasbourg, Tashkent, Hong Kong
