JUSTINE HENIN-HARDENE is first tennis player in history who in same season playing...

... all six greatest tennis finals (AO2006 final, RG2006 final, Wimbley2006 final, USO2006 final, FED CUP 2006 final & YEC2006 final) !!!!!!

C O N G R A T S !!!

Actualy, Martina Navratilova in 1986 playing at all GS1986 and FedCup1986 and YEC1986 finals - but fact is that in 1986 Australian Open GS tournament is canceled, so only Justine Henin-Hardenne in 2006 reach all six greatest finals in same season!!!

and I'm not even fan of Ana Ivanovic... just an objective observer who realize how perfect she is

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)

If she loses tomorrow, will that also make history? The first woman to lose 5 major finals in a year?

She actualy won they both Fed Cup singles matches in final, and retire in AO final - so... that means she realy lose so far only two matches (of 6 her matches) before tommorow's last seasons final .

now that is outstanding 4 justine just proves what a champion she is in the women's game today & i'm sure that she will win a few more grand slams 2 her name in the future. i praise her

imagine if she reached all 4 slam finals, the YEC final, the fed cup final & the olympic final in 2008. i no that's too realistic but hey u neva no.

You do know you just pretty much called Justine a pussy.
She's weak for not being able to finish something she could have.

Congratulating that kind of behavior doesn't particularly bode well either.

Kim Clijsters will be known as the most popular Belgian tennis player, but when it comes down to respect and awe of results, Henin-Hardenne will be known as one of the greats in the women's game.

Well she could have finished the AO final, alot of player have played with alot worse injuries upset stomach, and you are saying that if you are not playing your best and you retire for a questionable injurie that is should not count against you

Weren't you the one who kept on nagging about Justine 'inventing' an injury so that she could have a valuable excuse to not play YEC, since she simply can't handle the top-8 on such short notice?

Allez.

Wow....impressive indeed. Don't know how I would feel about it. reaching the finals of all the big finals and only win one..or reach 2 or 3 finals and win them all. Hmm...

Always bet on black!

This is really impressive for Justine to emulate Navratilova! Well done to her! Despite everything else about her, I do respect her tennis and this is a serious achievement.

Bad question. There are only four majors in one year. Everyone knows that.
