Krasnoroutskaja/Dementieva def. Williams Sisters Wimbledon 2003 third round I think. Venus hitted a double fault on match point.

i betcha it must absolutely HURT 2 double fault on championship point in a grand slam final. i mean who wouldn't feel that horrible clammy feeling.
