What's the best habit of your favourite player?

Well mine fave is Serena. I think Serena is very gracious, even after defeat, and I admire that.

that kim does the splits when she is on the stretch in a rally, plus i like it how she doesn't take huge amounts of time when serving like ruffling her hair or making straneous gestures & i also like it when she is friendly & gives kisses 2 her opponents after a match is over win or lose. all of these r why i like kim on court as a player.

Re: What's the best habit of your favourite player?

most things you guys mentioned aren't really habits, they are (once more) simply complimenting tour faves.
if you want to do that - by all means, please do - just why not in the player forums?

habits however - i liked dokic' on court never-on0the-lines walks, i LOVE bartoli not bouncing the ball - so odd, and i love the opposite - kveta's 30 bounce preperations (hand bouncing like a dozen and the rest in quick furios raquet bounces - two or three more hand bounces and she's off)
i like kuzzy's ball choosing - as though she "collects" the balls and then gracefully pushes them back - most of the time never bouncing the balls once.
Coria's raquet skillz on the men's side are really cool - the bag man likes to bounce th ball between the legs.
ad her time - the way serena would ask for balls she hit aces with (not all the time, just every now and then, "that ball please") was cool

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

Steffi - winning!

i liked how jennifer wouldnt take shit from no-one, and would let it be heardif she felt anyone, such as certain australian linespeople, were being unfair.

oh - the dementieva shriek when one of her dropshots fall short - it's amazingly high pitched.
the golovin and jankovic legs straight and back all crippled, as though the upper body just hanging limplessly from the waist, after bad points.
jankovic' entering the line's people boxes and sitting on thier chairs after realllly long rallies, usually smiling.

Sharapova's best habit?

As a tennis player I think it would be the ritual she goes through in between every point. It's the prefect way to let her stay focused on the match and stay positive about herself.

Re: What's the best habit of your favourite player?

I guess it's more of a favorite shot than a favorite habit, but Elena's full-body rotation screaming forehand of death is one of the main reasons I'm such a fan.

And I like her girly-girly handshakes, no matter what anyone else says. And the goofy little victory dance she does sometimes. She looks like such spaz it's kind of endearing.
