Can Raymond/Stubbs Win The Elusive Slam?

Lisa Raymond & Rennae Stubbs have won all the Slams, but for Roland Garros. Can they do it this year? They take on #2 seeds, and defending Champs Vivi Ruano Pascual & Paola Suarez.

Raymond/Stubbs road to the Final:

QF d. Asagoe/Musgrave 6.0 6.2
R3 d. Bedanova/Bovina 6.4 4.6 6.2
R2 d. Svennson/Tulyaganova 6.2 2.6 6.3
R1 d. Navratilova/Zvereva 6.7 6.3 6.4

Ruano Pascual/Suarez road to the Final:
SF d. Arendt/Huber 6.0 6.4
QF d. Testud/Vinci 6.3 6.4
R3 d. Fusai/Vis 6.1 6.0
R2 d. Dehnin/Foretz 6.1 6.1
R1 d. Salerni/Fernandez 6.2 6.4

I hope they can but I think Vivi and Paola will be too strong on clay.

if you look at the road to the final, RP/Suarez should be the clear favourites

Same as Josh...I hope they can win it, but Vivi and Paola seem to be playing a lot better at the moment.

Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
Be kind.
Always.

yeah, but if you look at titles this year, i think lisa/rennae have them beat only by a little

i hope lisa and rennae can pull it off. i really like both teams, but i want lisa and rennae to finally win the french doubles crown - it would be such a great achievement for both of them. though they are number 1, virginie and paola are probably the favorites b/c they've won it once, are amazing on clay, and have not dropped a set (let alone more than 7 games) in any match. i hope lisa and rennae prove them wrong.

go lisa and rennae

Lindsay Davenport - Anna Smashnova - Lisa Raymond - Sandrine Testud - Paola Suarez - Amelie Mauresmo - Virginia Ruano-Pascual - Nadia Petrova - Chanda Rubin - Cara Black - Tathiana Garbin - Anne Kremer - Monica Seles - Fabiola Zuluaga - Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo - Amanda Coetzer - Rita Grande - Meghann Shaughnessy - Magui Serna - Nathalie Dechy - Kim Clijsters - Elena Tatarkova - Maria Sharapova - Alicia Molik - Julia Vakulenko - Elena Likhovtseva - Anastasia Myskina - Emilie Loit
