They have a better chance than some players.

I'd like to imagine that in order to beat me a person would have to play almost perfect tennis. - Venus Williams

And I like Venus' draw...she's got Elena's fans scared!

If I were Elena, I'd be terrified of Venus' return game and wingspan. Her only two wins over Venus were third set tiebreaks.

I would rather Serena not have to come up on an on-fire Ivanovic. Ana has been looking really good lately. I'm more worried about Ivanovic for her than Mauresmo.

Um, Hantuchova, Ivanovic, Mauresmo, Hingis, Sharapova...Serena has probably the hardest draw imaginable.

And Venus could have faced Petrova in the 32s...instead she drew Dementieva, who has been really good all summer...

Serena has it tough, but if anyone can handle it, Serena is the one.

Venus' draw is also good, byt Marta is tricky, as is Elena. Venus must hold it together, but she has something she can take advantage of here.

Venus has an ok draw, but Serena's is no walk in the park, by any means.

Serena can TOTALLY do it. I actually think that if both don't reach the final, Serena will do better than Venus....but I hope we get a 2002 Re-run

Career Grand Slam in your 20s? Been there done that. Career golden slam your 30s?
There's only 1.
Been around the world, copped all 4 thrice.

Serena being a wildcard definitely got a decent draw. she should be hantuchova and ivanovic. against mauresmo, i don't know, but she could have had a MUCH more difficult draw. i hope she can prove everyone wrong and go deep, if not stun the world and win this Grand Slam.

I'm less worried about Amelie...more worried about Ivanovic. Amelie's game doesn't match up well against Serena's IMO.
