Jarmila Gajdošová to become an Australian ?

I tried to find something about Henrieta Nagyova's retirement and found nothing in Slovakia so far , but slovakian sport website sport.sk wrote two weeks ago about the possibilty for Jarka G. to become an australian citizen, here is the article and a quick translation :

10.08.2006 19:02 - MELBOURNE
Talentovaná slovenská tenistka Jarmila Gajdošová dostala ponuku na prijatie austrálskeho štátneho občianstva. Zaoceánsky denník Herald Sun o zámeroch a motívoch slovenskej tenistky informoval Gajdošovej tréner Simon Walsh.

Talented Slovakian tennis player Jarmila Gajdošová received a proposition to endorse the australian nationality. Her coach Simon Walsh has informed the australian newspaper Herald Sun about her intentions and motivations.

“Her interest about Australian nationality is based on the fact that she loves the way of life in this country. She has spent a lot of time there during the last two years, celebrating Christmas and her birthday. She has many friends here and is feeling at home” said Walsh about the 19 y.o. player from Bratislava, who has won this season 4 itf tournaments, three in Australia.

In opposition with the Serbian native Jelena Dokic who received financial help from Australian federation (TA) after changing nationality, Gajdošová wants to stay with her team. “She‘s in such a position where she doesn’t need any money, she’s 100 percent satisfied with what she has, has got her own sponsors and her own team. Her interest in Australian nationality doesn t have anything with money” explained Walsh, who’s feeling a lot of perspectives with the Slovakian player.
TA director for player’s development Craig Tiley, sees Gajdošová as a great tennis player “she s linked to Australia for a certain time and in case her possible demand for Australian citizenship finds a successful answer we’ll be happy to welcome her within Australian tennis community” said Tiley.
Gajdošová is today ranked at the 86th place for single and has won throughout her career 13 tournaments (ITF), 8 in singles and 5 in doubles.
