Post Why are there 3 ATP tournaments in Europe this week?

This is overkill! There are 3 tournaments in Europe this week. Basel, St. Petersburg and Stockholm are all hosting tournaments. Why? This is just too much. It's no wonder the average tennis fan can't tell one tournament from another. This is ridiculous scheduling! St. Petersburg and Stockholm are so close together geographically. The ATP has a lot of work to do. They should start by eliminating a few tournaments. It's time to shorten the tennis season. Do you agree?

Happiness is like a cat. If you try to coax it or call it, it will avoid you. It will never come. But if you pay no attention to it and go about your business, you'll find it rubbing up against your legs and jumping into your lap. - William Bennett
