Sharapova or Clijsters- Who will advance easiest in their match today?

Between Sharapova and Clijsters, each in their own match, who do you think will have the easiest time advancing today?

Ok. Here's the thing. We can't be completely sure that these two girls will advance, they're definetaly considered as favs but still.
Anyway, Sharapova will have an easier match. Hope I'm wrong and kim will be the one with less time on court.

Swiss champs.

Why is Sharapova a big favorite? Patty just got 2nd at Stanford.

Maria has a 2-1 lead in the head to heads, Patty has only won on clay Rome last year. Maria has served extremely well in her last two matches, seems plenty healthy and motivated, and Patty does not have a history of doing well against this kind of power. It takes time for Patty to set up her spins and with zingers coming at her right and left it will be difficult.

Clijsters should move on easier, just because she has been playing really good, while Patty usually troubles Maria with her spins, that match should go to 3 while Clijsters will probably win in straights.

If both are to advance, I would say Kim, but we don't know who will advance to the final and I think both could be given tests

Schnyder was in the final in Stanford only because she had easy opponents. You won't tell me that Morigami, Craybas and Golovin are tough rivals for Patty (none of them was in the top 30 at the time).

Swiss champs.
