so THAT's why she (lenaD) doesnt hit backhands DTL. makes total sense actually. she should increase that weight...maybe serve to the backhand a little :retard:

Mine is 58 but I keep a backup racquet in the bag with 50 for trick purposes.

The lower the tension, the more power and enhanced spin the ball will have, and you will have less control. The higher the tension, the more control over the ball you have.

For me, the middle would be 55. Low would be below that, so like for example, Dementieva's 50 would be low. And high would be above that. But from the 50-60 range is what is probably average. I like my racquets strung pretty low, and usually at 50, but sometimes, I can play with ones in the 30s. Thats VERY extreme though.
