She and Capriati are the only multiple slam winners who hadn't won a slam by their 23rd birthdays. That is truly truly remarkable and completely unprecedented in the history of tennis. I mean, I guess it goes to show that a player has not peaked by age 18, or even by age 23. Players can keep improving and getting better in every department until at least 27. Yay Amelie!
