To answer your question - so what? How about get a roof in fucking forever? I think 4 years for a roof - the announcement was made last year, I think? - is *a bit* much.

Well I guess they have their reasons.

For example, the venue is right in the middle of the village Wimbledon so I guess it's not that simple to get changes like this one done right away.

Also, after 130 years of no roof, I think we can wait a little longer.
