Kurhajcova lost to Raymond at Roland Garros some years ago after leading 6-0 5-0

dunno how dramatic it was but still haven't heard of any other case where a player loses after such a lead ...

For me has to be Jana Novotna losing to Graf 93 Wimby final, Novotna was leading 6-7 6-1 4-1 40-15, then threw in a DF then a smash which hit the back wall on the full, then Steffi won the next 17 out of 21 points to storm back and win 7-6 1-6 6-4, so much drama then the incident of Jana crying when she got the runner up trophy, to her credit though Jana won her championship in 1998

The Myskina choke as well was hard to watch, Nastya really outplayed JHH and deserved a medal, thems the breaks though Nastya will have another chance in China in 08 judging by this season its good to see that Nastya really is here to play

Oh yeah, I remembered that match - it was the one that crowned the Duchess as Jana's "Fairy Godmother" I still don't think it was such a dramatic choke, considering Jana never held a match point there.

Oh wow, Kimiko! She's great when it comes to dramatic battles, but it's a shame she can lose easily to a wide range of competitors (including ones she really shouldn't concede a set to considering her ranking).

Has there been ones so dramatic that someone squandered a 6-0, 5-0 and 40-00 lead, and also had match points while up 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, etc. in the same set?
