Exhibition in Halle: ALG beats Meghann as Nadia´s replacement 2-6 6:4 7:6

First match on grass for ALG this season and in big trouble against doubles partner

ALG and her footwork is not good for grass

footwork is not as important on grass as on clay, that's why Venus and Sharapova could win Wimbledon
important is a good serve and hard groundstrokes
I just think ALG has not the right timing on grass so far

at least ALG had a match on grass now before she starts her match against Bartoli tomorrow
btw: did they play a whole 3rd set or just a Tiebreak?

they played a good Match. And in the 2nd and "3rd" Anna- Lena played very well!
