Steffi Graf (10) vs. Martina Hingis (2)

There is nothing more beautiful than Evonne Goolagong in full flight moving across a tennis court.

Chris Evert - Sue Barker 22-1

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

Vee should be proud of her record of JHH, the funny thing i always think is the first time they ever played on clay in Berlin i think JHH won 6-3 6-0 then vee completley owned her after that, plus Vee has a great record against Hantuchova 8-0 or something isint it

Grassonkova.

It's actually 7-2 isn't it? Plus one walkover!

But way to go Steffi!

Venus and Justine need to play again soon

For two top players to not play in 3 and 1/2 years is

Ivanovic * Kvitova * Serena

I know. This would certainly tell us how good Henin really is or how much Venus has lost from her best form. Two incredible athletes and two determined champions. This would make for one intriguing encounter on all surfaces other than grass. Venus would clearly be the favorite there.
