Justine Goes For Four In A Row....

By winning the French, Justine would be the only player of this generation to win a Grand Slam in four consecutive years, and would tie Venus and Hingis with Grand Slam title #5.

It will be her second GS final this year!

Allez to Justine on clay!!!!

well many claim that the thing that separates Henin-Hardenne from Hingis or Venus in the All-Time greats list is that she hasn't been able to defend one of her majors.

Now she has a very good chance to be right up there with the two mentioned above. She's certainly the best Belgian tennis player ever.

...about whether she won a slam for years in a row? Because I'm pretty sure all she needs to do is win a slam for four years in a row for us to talk about it

Let me rephrase it... when she wins four, five or six slams legitimately, then we can talk…. better?

Serena Williams

Why does she need to hold all four GS titles to tie Martina H & Venus records of 5 slams?

No one is comparing her with Steffi or Martina N here!

Why is that?

I would prefer Hingis's and Henin-Hardenne's resumes over Venus's. Vee hasn't shown Grand Slam form on all surfaces, unlike the other two.

No she doesn't. Hingis has won 3 out of the 4 slams. Henin also. Venus has only 2 out of the 4 slams. Where are Venus' Australian and French Open trophies?

It's better to be missing one than two.

Divas: Seles, Sharapova, Muguruza
Pas de Quatre:
Swan Lake, Giselle, The Nutcracker, Coppélia
