Thanks TBE.

I still hold out hope that Tazuiat will play the singles for fun since she will be playing dubs, too... but i know there is really no chance of that happening.

it would be great to have two canadians in the main draw

Fislova was 202 on May 13 rankings. Lucic was 200, and Grahame was 201.

Sad to see Karina not even on the committments here, though at least I won't be getting my hopes up I suppose. Hope she comes back

Great to see Jana and Maureen both made the cut here Maureen's better on grass than clay, and did manage to qualify and reach 2nd round last year so hopefully she will get a good draw and at least win a round and hopefully more

Jeon is Mi-ra Jeon from Korea. She was an elite junior player and Wimbledon Junior runner-up losing to Martina Hingis.
She almost retired during that time,... but fortunately she came back. Her favoriate surface is grass,... so hopefully she can make some noise here.

Concerning her recent activity in April & May, she was a winner in one 25K challenger, a runner-up in 50K & 25K respectively, and a semi-finalist in 50K. In those events, she beat #1 seed many times and some players such as Asagoe, Obata, Yoon-jeong, Ka-po,..etc. She beat Evie Dominikovic, Rika Fujiwara,.. and others last year....

Go, Mi-ra!
