Will we get another blowout RG final this year

With Justine going in as favourite and having looked in great form throughout RG there is a possibility that Henin could blow her way, Kuznetsova hasnt been in amazing form all tournament just fighting through alot of her matches, will she have enough left in the tank to make this final a competitive one or maybe win, what do you think

Grassonkova.

If Kuznetsova can pull her heavy spin balls out of the hat she has a chance, if she played like today she won't stand a chance

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

It can't get any worse than last year. I like them both, so good luck, ladies, and please at least give us something halfway decent! They had a tough 3-setter in Warsaw two years ago, so it's possible.

Hopefully Justine wins like 6-4, 6-3 or so, so not a complete blowout

I think Sveta may feel herself like a survivor after her difficult win today so she could make some sparks saturday...

I doubt it. Kuznetsova has taken Henin-Hardenne to three sets on clay in the past and even held a couple of matchpoints in their fourth round encounter last year. I have a feeling that SK is going to make amends for blowing matchpoints against the eventual champion in 2004 and 2005, and win the title in three sets over Henin-Hardenne.

Best left-right combination by a German (and that includes Max Schmeling): Steffi Graf. All she did in 1987 was knock Navratilova out of #1 and try to knock Evert out of the sport. (Mike Lupica in "The Best and Worst of Tennis in 1987", World Tennis)

"A couple of years ago, we nicknamed Steffi Graf's forehand 'Jaws'. And that music would go perfectly when she starts running in to the net, swarming on that little ball." (JoAnne Russell, during the 1988 Wimbledon final between Graf and Navratilova)

I think the WTA are due for a good roland garros final. This year is the year after bad 03,04,05 finals.

My Forever Fav: Jelena Dokic

Serena Williams, Ana Ivanovic

If it had been Venus v Justine then no ---> ignore me. Im just still thinking about the quaters

As someone said above, it cant get any worse than the last three years! Plus there games seem to match up well. I think it will be tough, seen as Sveta relaly played the survivor card today so she will have a fighting spirit. Im thinking three sets, with Justine's experience pulling it out in the final set.
