Kirsten Flipkens - potential top player?

She's already 20 and has a career-high ranking of #145, dating back from 2004. The former Junior Champion was expected to be one of the next best players, but after a long injury last year, it's hard to keep moving up in the rankings. She's currently #151.

Do you think she will reach the top 10, 20?

Never.
She's a cute girl but her game doesn't have enough weapons. With hard work she might reach top 50. But that's a big if.

*1*Lindsay Davenport*1*

Maria Sharapova/Jelena Jankovic/Justine Henin

Also supporting Carla Suarez Navarro,Na Li, Sabine Lisicki,Karolina Sprem,Samantha Stosur,Tamira Paszek

Amelie Mauresmo/Martina Hingis

She should be able to get to top the 30, maybe 20 if she fixes her head IMO. Saw her last year in the US Open qualies and she didn't look like she's mentally strong.

Vassilissa is my girl............

Well, we must be fair, she had a lot of injuries that cut her progression, she has a very good forehand, i think she has at least top 50 potential. When she played against Spain she did a good match against Anabel but she shows some diva acts very curious for a low ranking player

she's simply mediocre - sometimes on the crazy women's tour that's enough for top30, sometimes it's not enough for top100.
as for her actual gameplay - she's boring and old, a pity considering she had 3 great belguim players in her active time. withing 3-4 years, she'll be all alone.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

I thought she was pretty good when I saw her against Bohmova in Estoril, she was playing great tennis, I would say definately top 30 potencial. But then, she just started to miss everything and completely gave the match away, so as already said, I think she needs to be stronger mentally, but she has a nice, complete game IMO.

She was promising when she was a junior but she has not been the same since losing to Shaughnessy 9-7 in the third in 2003 fed cup semi, but if she gets it all together she could be definatley top 50

Grassonkova.

I'd say top 100, maybe even 50 if she can stay injury-free

Everything will change
But,love remains the same
