Another loss...another injury for JHH?

Justine Henin-Hardenne of Belgium reacts as trainer Amber Donaldson examines her knee during her semifinals against Elena Dementieva of Russia at Pacific Life Tennis Open in Indian Wells, Calif. Friday, March 17, 2006. Dementieva won, 2-6, 7-5, 7-5.

I just find it odd that everytime she loses lately there's a physical issue. In any event, I havent read any press on the issue yet, but I hope it's nothing serious. And the knee obviously wasnt an issue at 62 52

Going to IW she has a nagging twitch on her knee or something.
Her shoulder thing has been a long term 'injury'.

Hardly. There are reports on her website about her two "little" injuries on shoulder and on her right knee dating just before Indian Wells. I don't think it's anything serious as of yet, and hope it heals as soon as possible. She needs a break from these shit. She's only played without ANY kind of injuries since 2004 in Sydney 2006. That's it.

I know, she's had as many injuries as you've had affairs in the past 6 months or so...

It's not as if she can control her injuries.

She said in her pre-tournment interview that there is a problem with her knee and her shoulder. So you are saying "because she lost so she has a knee problem". Why didn't you say "because her knee problem fired up, so she lost."? There are always two sides of a coin. The fact is she mentioned her knee problem even before the tournment started. It's also mentioned in her official web site before she left for IW. Just because you don't know it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

So what...at least she didn't quit or else y'all would be having a field day....

and besides she has always mentioned in her past interviews that she had this niggling knee injury, maybe she got it aggravted in the 2nd set that it needs to be taped...and her shoulde problem was there....

As i have said in the past, only a fit williams and an injury can prevent Justine from dominating everyone on tour the rate she is playing now.

You would agree with me that Elena didn't actually played brilliantly, the match was all about fitness and who had brought in their best fights. Elena Fought harder than justine that is why she won.....

at least Justine finished the match....

Kudos to Elena, she is a better than Justine today.....

Justine knows that if she creates an injury beforehand, the pressure will be off her and she'll be more convincing when she loses and cites the injury

Daniela Hantuchova.

Jelena Dokic, Mirjana Lucic, Sara Tomic, Sloane Stephens
