Can someone please explain to me why Wimbledon is the only outdoor tournament that covers their courts when it rains?

Yeah that's weird But i think you can't "dry" grass without "broke" it and it would take hours.

Ridiculous, isn't it? It usually takes 30-60 minutes from the time it stops raining to actually resume play, and they're lucky to get in more than a game or two before it rains again. GO TO THE HOME DEPOT AND BUY SOME TARP, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
