I think Maria will get some revenge here.
But Hingis is a dangerous opponent.

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!

I think Maria Sharapova will win this time, because she played so consistent against Vera Douchevina today. Her groundstrokes were very good especially her forehand. The serve of Martina Hingis was not that good in Dubai as it was in Tokyo. So if Maria attacks the serve of Hingis, I think Maria will win in two close sets.

Slower surface doesn't help Hingis serve and she hasn't been good serving this week. But Maria's groundies and serve are less eficient on this too, so

Maria Sharapova

I think Hingis will win again, but it won't be as big of a beat-down as it was in Tokyo. She'll still win in straight sets.

maria she served really well today and in the second set(didnt see the first) she was getting a lot of cheap points on her serve, more than in tokyo. to me it seems maria is nearing her top form(still not sure) and martina is getting tired even she admitted she had overdone her conditional training since tokyo. i saw martina play against mirza and although she played ok it wasnt near as good as against maria so if shes not on form i think maria might just edge the win. also maria said after her win that she doesnt like to lose 2 matches to the same player in a row, and was laughing and seemed to me to have sussed somthing about how to beat hingis or else realise how to beat her by feeling in top form.

I voted for Hingis, but I think Sharapova will be better prepared ...

In the period from January to April 2006 Dr. Skalny sent very detailed messages to Ms Sharapova [...]: “Mildronate 1-2 X 10, repeat in 2 wks (before training or competition)”; “1 hr before competition, 2 pills of Mildronate”; “During games of special importance, you can increase your Mildronate dose to 3-4 pills (1 hr before the match). However, it is necessary to consult me on all these matters (please call)”; “30 minutes prior to a training session: Mildronat – 1 Capsule. 30-45 minutes prior to a tournament Mildronat 2 capsules”.
