Its mens tennis, but John Mcenroe is in the FINALS of an ATP doubles event in Cali!!

Holy shit Not bad for a 47 year old man. He's playing with world #4 Jonas Bjorkman this week. Hopefully he plays a few more events.

Maybe he and Navratilova can play doubles at Wimbledon this year Imagine the crowd that would draw!

They would for sure win Wimbledon mixed... It would be a grass-court tennis clinic

I seriously think with a partner as solid as Jonas B., he could win a doubles slam if he worked hard enough for it...

changing the title of the thread to should Maritna N and J Mac play mixed doubles together would save this thread from being locked with a post saying www.menstennisforum.com

I can already picture a McEnroe/Navratilova vs. Hingis/Bphuati mixed final. A good match I think.

Even at 47, I think McEnroe still has the best hands in the game. There is not a player alive with his subtlety.

I think it's great that he's trying to keep doubles alive.

And yes, John and Martina Navratilova would be awesome at Wimbledon.
