it was posted in livescoring : left adductor strain or something but I'm not certain!!

petrova always gets injured in during the australian leg of the season, didn't she retire from gold coast and sydney last year (sydney was for heat stroke though i think....) anyway being a walkover maybe she was taking precautions so she can play AO. quite unfortunate actually seeing that she always plays well down here yet always gets an injury.

Go the aussies! stosur!!!
and good luck russians: dementieva, safina, kirilenko, sharapova, kuznetsova, bovina, zvonareva, dushevina.

also good luck to: azarenka, lucic, sprem, vakulenko, vaidisova, safarova, ivanovic, groenefeld, mirza, krajicek, kvitkova, larcher de brito, lisicki.

Why didn't she let Kirilenko advance then?

Gosh I seriously don't like Petrova.

If Kirilenko wanted to advance, she shouldve beaten an injured Nadia

bouchard - karatantcheva - larcher de brito - voegele - lim - mladenovic

mary pierce - forever #1
vaidisova - kournikova - golovin - henin
the boys - federer - gasquet - del potro - haase - nishikori

Yeh she must have been really injured.

She is either very soft or a faker.

Nadia once again withdraws from a Tournament.

This is exactly what happened last year in GC and Sydney.

In 2005 she retired retired/withdrew from around 7-6 matches

Already in 2006 she's retired from Auckland & Sydney.

I feel she's a lil bit of a faker. We've watched her train hard all week. Esspecially with her fitness.

It's GREAT to see she has STOPPED PLAYING DOUBLES for now! She played ALOT of tennis last year.

Anna Chakvetadze - Serena Williams - Elena Dementieva - Mary Pierce - Maria Sharapova - Alicia Molik

Or she injured herself while training, made a wrong move today, aggrevated a minor pain,...

Hopefully Nadia gets ready for the AO.
